Decaffeinated using the Ethly Acetate method, sometimes called Sugarcane process decaf. By combining Ethyl Alcohol and Acetic Acid (alcohol and vinegar), both derived from fermented sugarcane, we get a mild solvent that gently removes caffeine from the coffee beans before we roast them.
